All Work Experience positions are unpaid and generally last for three months no more. They then go on to paid positions. They can remain as unpaid AS LONG as the worker is gaining valuable experience to take onto a paid position. Work Experience candidates usually have travel and lunch expenses paid for by employees as a basic gesture.
